Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive (Global PMS)
- Title: Sales Executive – Global PMS (India / UAE)
- Reports to: Regional Sales Manager / Founder
- Location: Remote / Field-based (India & UAE)
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new HNIs / Ultra HNIs for Global PMS product.
- Build and manage relationships with CAs, wealth managers, and intermediaries. – Conduct client Meetings (online/offline) to explain investment products.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM/ERP system.
- Provide feedback from market to Product & Strategy Team.
- Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field. – 2–5 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment sales. – Strong HNI/UHNI network preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills. – Self-driven, target-oriented, able to work independently.
- Job Specification (JS)
- Experience Level: 2–5 years min. in financial services sales.
- Knowledge: PMS, AIF, wealth products, taxation basics.
- Skills: Sales pitch, lead conversion, client servicing, negotiation.
- Behavioural Traits: Integrity, persistence, discipline, and high accountability.
