Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive (Global PMS) 

  1. Title: Sales Executive – Global PMS (India / UAE)
  2. Reports to: Regional Sales Manager / Founder
  3. Location: Remote / Field-based (India & UAE)

 

  • Key Responsibilities
  1.  Identify, prospect, and onboard new HNIs / Ultra HNIs for Global PMS product. 
  2. Build and manage relationships with CAs, wealth managers, and intermediaries. – Conduct client Meetings (online/offline) to explain investment products. 
  3. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  4. Maintain accurate client records in CRM/ERP system. 
  5. Provide feedback from market to Product & Strategy Team. 

 

  • Requirements
  1. Graduate / MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field. – 2–5 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment sales. – Strong HNI/UHNI network preferred. 
  2. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills. – Self-driven, target-oriented, able to work independently.

 

  • Job Specification (JS)
  1. Experience Level: 2–5 years min. in financial services sales.
  2. Knowledge: PMS, AIF, wealth products, taxation basics.
  3. Skills: Sales pitch, lead conversion, client servicing, negotiation.
  4. Behavioural Traits: Integrity, persistence, discipline, and high accountability.
